My nudges at the grass. I breathe in it's sweet scent. My teeth tear it from it's stalk. Ah, the taste is greater than the scent. Have I found a paradise?
I have been walking listlessly for a month now. New sights and smells have been my normal life. I am hoping to find a life partner and a home. Maybe here will be the place. I will give this land a week to find a friend.
I take in the sights around me. The spot where I stand is within a small grove of trees. The trees have a soft colored bark that is barely visible beyond the climbing vines and moss. The leaves on the trees are a pale green. The grass is a shade darker than the mosses. Sunlight shines in through breaks in the canopy above me.
